We don’t hide our guarantee in legal small print. Here’s exactly what we promise, when the clock starts, and what counts as “first page” — in plain English.
What we promise
On our Get Calls plan we’ll get your business to the first page of Google for one agreed primary keyword in one agreed town within 90 days of starting. On Dominate the Region we do that for three keywords across three towns.
If we don’t, we refund every retainer payment you’ve made from day one of the setup month until day 90. The one-off £499 setup fee is non-refundable because the technical audit, GBP claim, and citation cleanup are work already done and yours to keep.
How it works
Day 0 — we agree the keyword and town in writing.
Before any work starts, you and your account lead agree, in an email reply, the primary keyword (e.g. 'solar installers truro') and the town it’s tied to. This sits in your client folder and is the only target that counts for the guarantee.
Day 1–30 — setup month.
Technical audit, GBP claim and optimisation, citation cleanup, on-page SEO on your top eight pages, schema, sitemap, analytics. The 90-day clock starts on day one of this setup month, not later.
Day 31–90 — ongoing optimisation.
GBP posts, blog content, citations, guest posts, internal links, small site changes. We send a monthly report showing rank movement week by week, so there are no surprises at day 90.
Day 90 — we either hit the target, or we refund.
If you’re on the first page of Google for your agreed keyword in your agreed town on day 90 — verified by an independent rank check (we use a tool, you can use any you like) — we keep going. If you’re not, every retainer payment you’ve made is refunded pro-rata, no questions asked.
What “first page” means
We count either of these as a pass:
- →Top 10 organic results for your keyword on a desktop search from a UK IP, signed out, in incognito.
- →Top 3 in the Google Local Pack (the map results) for your keyword in your town.
Either qualifies. Most of our clients hit both within the window, but the guarantee triggers on the easier of the two.
The honest small print
- ·The guarantee covers Get Calls and Dominate the Region. Get Found doesn’t include the on-page work needed to back a ranking promise.
- ·The keyword must be a service-plus-town phrase (“solar installers truro”, “heat pump installer manchester”). Branded searches for your own company name don’t count — you already rank for those.
- ·You give us reasonable access — GBP manager, hosting login or developer contact, response within 5 working days on the small site changes we flag. If you go silent for weeks, the clock pauses for the silence.
- ·The one-off £499 setup fee is non-refundable. It pays for work that’s done and benefits you whether you stay with us or not — the cleaned-up GBP, the citations, the schema, all of it stays in your name.
- ·If you cancel before day 90 without giving us a fair shot to complete the work, the guarantee doesn’t apply.
