Step 2 — Onboarding call, 20 minutes

If the audit lands, we book a 20-minute call to agree the scope: which tier (Get Found / Get Calls / Dominate the Region), which primary keyword(s) and town(s) you want to rank for, and what access we need to your Google Business Profile and website. Whatever’s agreed in writing in the follow-up email is the only target the 90-day guarantee tracks.

Step 3 — The setup month (Day 1 to Day 30)

The £499 setup fee pays for the one-off groundwork that has to happen before monthly content can start to compound. Inside the first 30 days we deliver:

• Full Google Business Profile claim and optimisation — categories, services, hours, photos, Q&A, and a posting schedule.
• Technical site audit and fixes — schema markup, sitemap, Google Analytics, Search Console, Core Web Vitals.
• Citation cleanup — submission to the right UK directories with consistent NAP data across them.
• On-page SEO on your top eight pages — titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, internal links.
• A review-request automation so the next 20 happy customers get asked at the right time.

Step 4 — Ongoing optimisation (Day 31 onwards)

From Day 31 the monthly retainer cadence runs. The exact volume depends on your tier, but each month includes some combination of:

Step 5 — Day 90 and the guarantee

If not, every monthly retainer payment you’ve made between Day 1 and Day 90 is refunded pro-rata.

The rules of the engagement

• 6-month minimum term.SEO compounds — a shorter commitment doesn’t produce results we can stand behind. After 6 months, the retainer rolls month-to-month with 30 days’ notice on either side.
• 12-month region exclusivity.On Get Calls and Dominate the Region, we won’t take another renewable installer client in the towns we’re ranking you for, for 12 months.
• 5-day feedback rule. When we send you something to look at — content drafts, small site changes, review templates — we ask for a reply within 5 working days. Silence past Day 5 pauses the 90-day guarantee clock.
• You keep everything. If you cancel, your GBP, citations, blog content, and backlinks all stay in your name. No portability fees, no holding work hostage.
